Today the Supreme Court issued its opinion in Salinas v. Texas. Bottom Line–if you want to remain silent, you must say so. I agree with Cato’s analysis that it is wrong to put the burden on the individual rather than the government:  http://www.cato.org/blog/salinas-v-texas
